disabilities in living, learning and working in our community.

Community Living Trainer (full-time & part-time)
These individuals provide support, supervision, and training to people with developmental disabilities in a community living setting. Position requires a High School Diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are also required. There are various full-time and part-time positions available.
Listed below are examples of some of our full-time and part-time shifts:
Full-Time Positions:
7 days on/7 days off - Traditional
- Staff works 7 days on and then has 7 days off. With this schedule, staff is required to stay in the house overnight. The overnight stays are non-paid because the staff is allowed sleep time and provided with their own private bedroom. Below is an example of a schedule:

7 days on/7 days off – 3rd shift

Weekend Support

Program Trainer
This individual will work with individuals who have disabilities on basic self-care, daily living, communication, self advocacy, and pre-vocational skills in community and center-based settings. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
Substitute Bus Driver and Part-Time Bus Driver
These individuals will transport individuals with disabilities. High school diploma or GED, CDL and good driving record required. Position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week year round.
Community Living Floater (7 days on, 7 days off)
These individuals provide support, supervision and training to people with developmental disabilities in a variety of community living settings, or homes in the community. The full-time schedule is 7 days/nights on shift, then 7 days/nights off. This allows time off during weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. It requires an overnight stay during the weeks on shift. Position requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license and good driving record.
